Our team structure scales to match the size of your estate. A smaller campus with a handful of buildings might need a core team of 8 to 12. A multi-site university with 30+ buildings will have a larger dedicated team with site supervisors, area leads, and a contract manager.

Because our operatives are directly employed (never agency, never subcontracted), we control training, quality, and consistency from day one. When you raise a concern with your contract manager, the same person follows up with the same operative. There is no chain of subcontractors to relay messages through.
